My Online Paystub and W-2 
Team Members may access their online paystub and W-2 at any time using the Doculivery Team Member self-service system.
Former Team Members have access to the Doculivery Team Member self-service system for seven years after leaving Family Dollar.
Online Paystub
Team Members may sign up to receive an e-mail and/or text message notification when their online paystub is available to view. Past paystubs may be viewed through Sept. 2009.
Online W-2
Current and former Team Members may opt out of receiving a paper W-2 and receive their W-2 online only. Online W-2 delivery is a secure and faster method of delivery. Current and former Team Members may also sign up to receive an e-mail and/or text message notification when their online W-2 is available to view. Previous years’ W-2s may be viewed going back seven years.
Current or former Team Members with questions may Ask HR by visiting My Family Dollar Life , or calling the HR Contact Center at 1-866-377-6420, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern.

This privacy disclosure applies to the information on this website, which is hosted by National Payment. Family Dollar will not disclose any confidential information to anyone not authorized to receive such information.

Your online paystub and W-2 is accessible online only through the use of a login and protected password that you create to gain access. To protect the confidentiality of your personal information, you must keep your login and password confidential and not disclose it to other persons.
Neither Family Dollar nor National Payment is responsible for the use of your data or for the security of your data once it is transferred to the third party website.

Have a Benefits, Pay or Policy Question? Ask HR!
“Ask HR” is a new way current and former team members can submit questions about their benefits,
pay and other HR-related issues 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Your question will be received by the HR Contact Center, a team of knowledgeable human resources professionals dedicated to providing the right answers and delivering excellent customer service to you every time. 
To “Ask HR,” click the link below. You will need to enter your:
  • Employee ID (found in the top right corner of your online paystub);
  • Password (eight-digit date of birth and last four digits of your Social Security number MMDDYYYY1234); and then click Login

At Family Dollar, it takes all Team Members working together to deliver a great experience for our customers. And like any team, it’s important that we look after one another. To ensure we help our Team Members through tough times, in 2006 the FamilyHope Team Member Foundation was established.

Since the FamilyHope Team Member Foundation’s inception, Family Dollar Team Members have donated more than $3.6 million to help rebuild hundreds of Team Members’ lives after natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods and fires, or certain financial hardships. One-hundred percent of donations go toward helping Family Dollar Team Members. Family Dollar pays all administrative fees.

E4E Relief, a wholly owned subsidiary of Foundation For The Carolinas, an independent community foundation, manages and administrates the FamilyHope Team Member Foundation and works directly with Family Dollar Team Members who apply for assistance.
